We at Release the Women have a passion for stories, specifically yours!

If you are

1. a woman
2. a male ally
3. a puppy with a cool feminist owner

Then we want to hear from you! Send us your stories, essays, poems, and any other written expression about any of the following:

feminism, spirituality, race, politics, religion, travel, mental health, physical health, education, entrepreneurship, music, motherhood, sexuality, gender, discrimination, sexual assault, body image, self-care, empowerment, and anything else you can think of!

We are looking for stories and essays that create empathy and bring freedom for people of all genders to live in the fullness of who they are.

Send your submissions to releasethewomen@gmail.com with “Submission” in the subject line. You can attach your submission as a word document or PDF or paste it in the body of the email. Submission should be less than 800 words.

In the body of the email include your name, email address, phone number, website if you have one, and the city/country you come from.

Please email all submissions by January 15, 2017.
